By accessing or using Orbit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orbit is a personal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool that helps you manage your contacts and track interactions across multiple communication platforms including email, messaging apps, and social networks.

3. User Accounts

To use Orbit, you must create an account using Google or Apple authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Store or transmit malicious code

5. Third-Party Integrations

Orbit integrates with third-party services (Google, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Orbit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORBIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
